1. Please fill in the missing step to get the result in the “Lower bounds” example on Slide 23.

2. Similar to the last example we studied in the class, let say a fair dice is thrown 10,000 times and the average of all outcome is larger than 4. But let's add an additional constraint that the average of the squares of all outcomes is larger than 20. How many ones do you expect?
